How do I set up Custom Branded Sendoso Direct Products?

There are two ways on adding branding to our Sendoso Direct gifts: through our Sendoso Direct Catalog and directly in the Touch setup! 

Set Up Branding Using the Direct Catalog 

To do so, click Filters at the top, select + Add condition and scroll down until you see Category/$/Tags. Then in the Select an option field, scroll down until you see Customizable. The table should then update with the vendors who offer this service.

Once you've selected the vendor, you'll need to fill out a form so that our team can set this up. You can find the form here, or at the top of the Catalog


Set Up Branding in the Touch Setup

From the Touches page, you'll click on + Create New Touch. You'll then select the Direct Marketplace option under the Sendoso Direct category. To easily find which Direct gift options allow for custom branding, click on the Features dropdown on the left-hand side and select Customizable. Make your selection, then proceed to the next step where you'll see the option to Customize:


You will then be routed to our form where you'll need to answer a few questions and upload your logo. A member of our team will then reach out within 3 business days with instructions on how to configure your Custom Branded product!

Once your Custom Branded product is set up in the system, you'll be able to set up a Touch so that your users can send those items to your recipients. During the first step of your Touch creation, select Custom Branded under the Sendoso Direct section then Next at the bottom of the page to view all of your custom items.
