Adding crinkle paper to a Touch is a great way to ensure a unique unboxing experience for your recipients!
In our Phoenix Sending Fulfillment Center, Sendoso is now sourcing all crinkle paper on behalf of our customers, so you'll no longer need to supply your own. Sendoso will also no longer be able to accept customer-sourced crinkle paper shipments to the Phoenix Sending Fulfillment Center.
With the introduction of Sendoso-sourced crinkle paper, customers will be able to experience a simpler order fulfillment process. This change allows our warehouse to operate more efficiently and means that you will no longer need to go through the hassle of sourcing your own crinkle paper.

Users can add crinkle paper at $2 per send and choose from the following colors:

FAQs
I've been sourcing my own crinkle paper, what does this mean for me?
If your inventory is in the Phoenix Sending Fulfillment Center, this means that you'll no longer need to source your own crinkle paper! Instead, you will be able to add Sendoso-sourced crinkle paper to your sends for a flat rate of $2 per send.
Please do not send additional crinkle paper inventory to the Sending Fulfillment Center. If the Sending Fulfillment Center receives a shipment of crinkle paper, they will be returning the package to the sender.
Why can't I source my own crinkle paper anymore?
Since every order requires different amounts of crinkle paper, ordering the correct amount and keeping accurate inventory numbers was a challenge. By switching to Sendoso-sourced crinkle paper, each order will get the perfect amount and you will no longer have to worry about keeping crinkle paper in your inventory!
What if I want to use a color that Sendoso doesn't offer?
At this time, we have the following colors available: Royal Blue, Navy Blue, Light Blue, Red, Orange, White, Black, Green, Yellow, and Purple. If none of these colors suit your needs, we recommend using white crinkle paper along with a sticker on the box or notecard to represent your brand.
Does this affect crinkle paper in other Sending Fulfillment Centers?
Currently, Sendoso-sourced crinkle paper will only be available in the Phoenix Sending Fulfillment Center. We definitely plan to have it available in all Sending Fulfillment Centers soon!
How do I add Sendoso-sourced crinkle paper to a Touch?
Follow these steps to add crinkle paper to your box.

Navigate to Touches and click on + Create New Touch
2. Select BYO Box
3. After selecting Phoenix Warehouse, check the Include Crinkle Paper box and select your desired color.
4. On the following page, Standard Packing + Crinkle Paper will outline how the box is prepared.
Continue through the touch creation process to save your new touch. Now, when you send this particular touch, you'll be able to see that crinkle paper will be included in the send!
