With the Customization Center, you’re able to set up email themes to match your company’s branding and campaigns. Now it’s easier than ever to create and maintain multiple email and landing page themes within your account.

Keep in mind that Admins and Managers can access Customization Center to create, edit, and delete themes.
To get started, head over to the Customization Center. You can find it by clicking the menu icon in the top-right corner of your account and selecting Customization Center.
On the next page, you’ll be to create new themes and edit existing ones. You are also now able to completely delete themes.
Creating a Theme
To create a new theme, click the +Create button towards the top-right of the page. You’ll then be able to give your theme a name, choose whether you’d like this theme to apply to all sends, and set the theme as the default for assigned teams.
Please note that some Sendoso plans only allow for the creation and maintenance of a single theme at any given time. In this case, we recommend editing the single theme as needed. Those with Plus, Pro, and Enterprise plans will be able to create 10+ themes.
You can upload an image and choose your text, background, and primary colors. To customize your colors, click the colored dot and select your color manually or enter the RGB, RGB, HEX, HSL, or color picker. You can view a preview of the gift experience towards the right of the screen to see exactly what your recipients will view.
- Text Color: The text in the body of the email.
- Background Color: This is the background color in the body of the email under the banner and the background border on the gift selection email.
- Primary Color: Button colors.

Next, you’ll want to assign this theme to teams within your account. The teams you select will have access to use this theme in their gift emails. To allow everyone in your account to use the theme, simply choose Select all teams at the top.
On the right side of the page, you’ll be able to view what that theme will look like for the different types of gift emails and landing pages we send.
Once you are finished creating the theme, click Save setting at the bottom.
Editing a Theme
Editing a theme is super easy, especially if you’ve already created themes for your account. On the Customization page, you’ll see a tile for each theme you’ve created. If you are unable to find the theme you’d like to edit, you can search for the theme at the top of the Customization Center page.
Once you locate the theme, click the three dots at the bottom of that theme’s tile and you will see an Edit link appear.
When you click the Edit link, you’ll be taken to a page where you can adjust your theme as needed. It is the same process described above for creating a theme from scratch.
Deleting a Theme
There are a few reasons why you might want to delete a theme from the Customization Center. It might be easier for you to create a new theme from scratch, or you might want to delete an outdated theme to prevent your team from using it. Regardless of your reason, deleting a theme is super easy!
First, head to the Customization Center by clicking on the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner of your dashboard. From there, click on Customization Center. It will be under Company Settings.
From there, you'll be able to see all of your themes. If you are having trouble locating the theme, use the search box at the top!
Once you locate the theme you'd like to delete, simply click the three dots on the theme's card and select Delete.
You'll be asked to confirm whether you'd like to delete that theme and once you do, your Senders will no longer have the theme available as an option when initiating a Send!
