How can I use Playbooks as a Manager User?

As a Manager user, you are also able to view Playbooks by going to the Send page and selecting Playbooks.


Here, you'll be able to view all plays and use them as a basis to create touches - currently you’ll be able to use the Playbooks catalog as a template to create touches based on. In a future version, we’ll allow you to 1-click create the touch directly from here.


As a Manager user, you'll be prompted to approve or deny play requests via email. Once a Sender on your team requests a play, you'll receive the below email - clicking Enable this play will take you to the touch creation screen where you can proceed to create this touch for the relevant users and enable it for them
