How can I enable or disable Playbooks?

Once enabled, all users can access playbooks by default. Managers have the ability to turn them on or off for their senders, via the Settings page. Once turned off, managers can still access playbooks but senders will not see this feature anymore.

To turn this feature on and off, click the three horizontal lines in the top right-hand corner of the page, then select User Settings. Then Enable or Disable the Playbook setting as pictured below.

Playbooks currently only support USA-based eGifts and Sendoso direct gifts. We will seek to expand this to international options and other gift types in future iterations.
