Amazon FAQs

Here's a list of a few common "Gotchas" that you may run into when using the Amazon integration. We support purchasing most items however you may run into the following issues:


1. Add-On Items:

  1. If addon=true then display alert message; error will appear not allowing users to purchase add-on items
  2. Error message: 
    "Oops this product is an Add-on product and is not available to send via Sendoso.
  3. Please click Search Again and find something new"

2. Product availability:

  1. If product isn’t available now (i.e. "Available/Ships on December 24th" ) use handling_days_max and set it to 5 days then display alert message 
  2. Error message:
     “Oops this product is not in stock and Amazon expects delays in shipping so this is not available to send via Sendoso. Please click Search Again and find something new.”

3. Multiple Buying Options:  

  1. If there is a “See All Buying Options button” then upon clicking on Sendoso buy button, display alert message
  2. Error message: 
    "Oops this product isn’t available via Amazon and is not available to send via Sendoso.
  3. Please click Search Again and find something new."

4. Items Ordered from Prime Pantry 

  1. We currently do not support items purchased from prime pantry
