Custom Salesforce fields in Templates

Now you can easily insert Salesforce variables into any Sendoso template. This will make is way easier to have pre-created templates that can be shared across the team. These templates work for all types of sending options including handwritten notes, printed-on-demand collateral, Post-It notes, printed notecards, and eGifts.


To get started, click on Templates:

When you start creating a Template, click on the Insert Salesforce Field button:

Then you can select which Salesforce object and which Field(s):

Click on Save and that's it, your Template will look like this:

When Senders are about the send something they can click on the Template drop-down and select the newly created Template:

Then they can click on the "Preview Salesforce Fields" button:

And then the Template will be fully populated with the fields from Salesforce.

It also works on Bulk CSV upload too!
