SurveyMonkey setup

Sendoso is pleased to announce a SurveyMonkey integration! Now, you are able to automatically send eGifts whenever a survey is submitted. Use Sendoso to create rewards and incentives for survey respondents. Sendoso will automatically send recipients eGift cards or physical swag or gifts.

To setup, please follow the below steps:

1. Download the Sendoso app from SurveyMonkey here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/apps/EDmrTxQorVzW70pkbi3Vmg_3D_3D/details/

2. In Sendoso, Create a new eGift Touch (Coffee, Lunch, eGift Cards USA, etc.)

3. Under the Touch Type in Step 2 of Touch creation, select "Triggered based on integration"

4. Select SurveyMonkey

5. Sync your SurveyMonkey Account and click "Allow" on the popup to authenticate your Sendoso account to your SurveyMonkey account

6. Select the Survey Name and the related question which contains a valid email address in order to receive the eGift. Image_2018-07-20_at_9.37.39_AM.png

7. Click Next in order to complete the necessary remaining steps to finalize the Touch

8. That's it! Now, when a submission is placed, the eGift will be sent to the email address entered in the Survey email field assigned in Step 6.
