Sendoso is pleased to announce a SurveyMonkey integration! Now, you are able to automatically send physical gifts whenever a survey is submitted. Use Sendoso to create rewards and incentives for survey respondents. Sendoso will automatically send recipients physical swag or gifts.

You need to have a paid subscription with SurveyMonkey to enable the integration, any license level will work.
To setup, please follow the below steps:
1. Download the Sendoso app from SurveyMonkey here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/apps/EDmrTxQorVzW70pkbi3Vmg_3D_3D/details/
2. In Sendoso, Create a new Touch (Physical Item, Direct, etc.)
3. Under the Touch Type in Step 2 of Touch creation, select 'Triggered based on integration' and select the funding source you want to use
(Note: Require Approval sending is not required, however, it is strongly recommended you use this to prevent fraudulent activity on your survey. Need more info? See our article on Trigger Sending Approval.)
4. Select SurveyMonkey
5. Sync your SurveyMonkey Account and click "Allow" on the popup to authenticate your Sendoso account to your SurveyMonkey account
6. Select the Survey Name and the related question which contains a valid email address in order to receive the eGift.
7. Click Next in order to complete the necessary remaining steps to finalize the Touch
8. That's it! Now, when a submission is placed, the eGift will be sent to the email address entered in the Survey email field assigned in Step 6.
