Return Address

The Sendoso Account Owner can select three (3) options how their Return Address is displayed on all physical sends from a Sendoso warehouse

 

Navigate to Settings -> Account Information and scroll to the bottom

Under the Custom Account Settings, the Sendoso Account Owner will see three (3) options how they want to set up their Return Address.

The options are:

1. Use our return address (return packages will come back to us)

 

Additionally, you can manually edit the Return address by clicking the "Edit/Update Return Address" button 

 

Note: In Bulk CSV sends, the Sender can map CSV columns to Return Address fields if they desire to override the default Return Address.
