Within the "Tracking" step of creating a Touch, administrators can map Sendoso fields (i.e. Tracking URL, or Mailing Address) to any Salesforce field so that Sendoso can read from different Salesforce fields than the default, and also write to different/custom Salesforce fields.
Click "Advanced Salesforce Sync Settings" to open the accordion.
From this menu, you can select the fields you would like to use for Mailing Address, Name, Tracking information, and more. Sendoso will use these fields if the sender is sending from Salesforce, and Sendoso will populate these fields if applicable (i.e. Tracking #, Tracking URL)
