What do all the Sendoso status' mean?

eGift Status':

Sent: When an eGift is Sent. This is immediately after you click on the Send button.

Opened: When an eGift email is viewed. 

Clicked: When an eGift link is clicked and then the eGift redemption page is displayed.

Used: When an eGift card is clicked on the redemption page and the barcode/number is displayed to the recipient for use. This does not indicate when the user actually uses the egift, only that they generated the code.

Bounced and Credited: If an eGift is sent to a bad email address then we refund the $ amount immediately. 

Expired and Credited: After 21 days if the eGift is still in Sent status and has not yet been Opened then we will issue a credit back to the sender's account. 

Refunded: If a Sendoso Account Manager needs to manually refund and/or cancel something that was sent.

 

Direct Mail / Tangible Gifts Status':

Processing:  When a physical item send needs time to be processed in our warehouse before it can be Shipped.

Shipped: When a physical item/gift is shipped and in-transit. 

Delivered: When a physical item/gift is delivered to the recipients' location.

Returned To Sender:  When a physical item/gift is unable to be delivered (bad address data or missing information) and is returned to our warehouse.

Refunded: If a Sendoso Account Manager needs to manually refund and/or cancel something that was sent.

 

Handwritten Note Status':

Processing: When a handwritten note needs time to be processed before it can be Mailed.

Mailed: When a handwritten note is mailed out.

Refunded: If a Sendoso Account Manager needs to manually refund and/or cancel something that was sent.
